Why We Built This Site
Wisconsin makes many court records open, but finding the proper custodian can still be hard. The Burnett County Clerk of Circuit Court enters filings, judgments, minutes, and settings for circuit cases. The Register in Probate handles probate and several confidential juvenile-related files. Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, known as WCCA, brings public circuit case summaries into one statewide search. Webster Municipal Court keeps a separate village ordinance docket. We organize the verified contacts, search fields, case-number patterns, and request routes for those distinct offices.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Wisconsin court, the Burnett County Clerk of Circuit Court, or any public agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Search boxes on certain pages are supplied by outside businesses. Those providers determine their own results, fees, service terms, and privacy practices. This resource may receive a referral fee if a visitor purchases a service after following one of those tools, but it does not set the price or control the records returned.
